# Practice Fusion

## Overview

Use this tip sheet to summarize records from your Practice Fusion EHR. If you have enabled Carequality® integration, it will also summarize external records from the national health information exchange.

### 1. Log in to Practice Fusion with your account credentials.

### 2. On the Homepage, you can access the App Marketplace. Click on “Open App Marketplace”.

### 3. You can also access the App Marketplace within a patient chart.

### 4. In the App Marketplace, click on the Abstractive Health App.

### 5. Enable the Abstractive Health app by clicking “Enable SMART Launch”.

### 6. Click “Confirm” to enable Abstractive Health.

### 7. Within a patient’s chart, you can now launch Abstractive Health from the Launch SMART app activity. You will have a link to click “Abstractive Health”.

### 8. Click "Continue" to launch Abstractive Health in a separate window.

### 9. You will need to login again to your Practice Fusion account. You should save your account/password to the browser if possible to speed up the process.

### 10. You will need to allow Abstractive Health authorization to pull medical information of patient records for summarization from Practice Fusion. Click “I understand” and then “Allow”.

### 11. Your first time accessing Abstractive Health, you will either need to log in or create a new account with a 15-day free trial. Your Practice Fusion account login will be linked to Abstractive Health, so you will not need to log in again in the future.

### 12. Once you login or create your account, the app will begin summarizing the notes and a summary will be available for your review.
